The Core Duties of Chief Executive Officer (Admin) and Accountant (Fin-Admin)

For what purpose the admin (or finadmin) roles do we need? +Both roles are provide data management in MoiDom CMS by administration process in the local organization of real estate owners.
Admin role is the same as chief executive officer in organizations above. FinAdmin role, in turn, is the same as accountant in similar local units. In other words, Admin and Fin-Admin are the database users have their permissions for data management. -

- From the age of 20 to 60 years;
- Junior college, secondary or higher education;
- Basic computer (PC or Mac, Laptop, Tablet and so on), office equipment (Scaners and Printers) knowledge and skills;
- Office work and paperwork knowledge;
- Housing and communal services experience or so;
- Knowledge of legislation of Housing and communal services (accruals, privileges, tariffs);
- Deep knowledge of accountant and taxation system OSNO, USNO (6; 15%);
- Good grammar and written, ability to work in groups and with large amounts of data;
- Goodwill, flexibility, professional skills;
- Diligence and responsibility;
- Analytical abilities.
